Tokyo Crossbody puts an end to the dilemmas. Mid-size between the clutch and tote, with an outer compartment on the side and a central compartment with zipper closure, this is a bag that will forever be relevant. The beautiful rubber croc structure is a unique technique developed in our studio, and the bag is all made in Israel.

• Once you contact us we will supply you with a USA return address.

• For returns within North America We ask that you send your items back to us within one week (7 days) from receiving your shipment for a full refund.

• Any return sent back beyond 7 days and up to 30 days from receiving  is only eligible for a store credit.

• Items beyond 30 days are not eligible for returns.

• Item purchased  on "SALE" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.  

Please note that when you return an item:

• we ask that it is still in its original packaging and is not worn, washed, damaged or had had the tags removed.
•  any item which fails to meet these criteria may not be refunded. please ensure the items returned are packaged into one parcel.
•  we suggest that you ship the parcel with a tracked service in order to be able to monitor the returned items.
• The products are returned with the original invoice. Products returned without invoice will not be accepted.
